Ms S Noel
Registrar
Ms Noel is responsible for overseeing the admissions, applications and registration processes. In addition, her role encompasses the coordination and production of marketing material and regular communications with parents as well as other general administrative duties.
Mrs Noel started working for the West London Free School a few months before it opened in 2011. Originally recruited as Personal Assistant to both the Headteacher and the Deputy Headteacher, she was appointed as the school's first official Registrar in 2013.
Ms V Duggan
Senior Librarian
Ms Duggan manages the library and research services for the Sixth Form and helps supervise student study in the library.
Ms Duggan (MBA) graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London, with a BA Hons in English, Drama and Theatre Studies. She completed her PGCE from The Institute of Education. Ms Duggan spent 12 years working in banking prior to teaching Business in a sixth form centre.
Ms A Allan
Careers Lead
Ms Allan arranges workshops and multiple interactions with employers & workplace visits, along with organising impartial careers advice sessions which we facilitate through external advisors.
With an art school background, Ms Allan's first job was working as an editorial assistant on magazines which then led into the online world managing websites for Topshop, Topman and later Urban Outfitters.
Ms L Duckett
Careers Administrator
Having completed a qualification in Career Guidance and Development Ms Duckett now works part time in the WLFS Careers Department and other schools in the area.
Ms H van Rozen
Sixth Form Co-Ordinator
Ms van Rozen assists students with their UCAS applications and checks all applications before they are sent off. She also liaises between WLFS and partnership schools and organises the Higher Education Week every July.
Ms van Rozen has a BA (Hons) in European Management and she has previously worked in relationship management for a large financial information provider.
Mrs A Thompson-Smith & Ms P Casalino
Sixth Form Receptionist & Attendance Officer
Mrs Thompson-Smith and Ms Casalino are the first points of contact for general queries from students, staff and visitors. They both monitor student attendance and provide administrative support to the Sixth Form Team.
Mrs Thompson-Smith is a retired primary school teacher who has taught locally for the past 30 years. Outside of school she plays netball and is the fixture secretary for Kensington Dragons Football Club. She is also an avid reader of crime novels.
Ms Casalino brings over 16 years of experience in the Education Sector, combining a strong administrative background with a passion for supporting school communities. Ms Casalino enjoys travelling, reading, cooking, and knitting.
Ms C Hibbert
School Mentor
The school mentor offers a weekly drop in service at Franklin House to support students with strategies for wellbeing and coping with adult life.
