Co-Curricular
The following activities are available free of charge to Sixth Form students.
Students sign up for an activity on a termly basis so have the opportunity to try something new every term. Example activities offered include:
- Netball
- Football
- Ceramics
- Duke of Edinburgh (Gold)
- Debating
- STEM Journal
- Sports Leaders
- Spanish
- French Film Club
We are able to offer these clubs at no charge because the programme is funded by our charity, the Knowledge Schools Foundation Trust. This model of enabling ALL students to participate, regardless of their means, is core to our ethos. To make it work, we ask parents to make a regular voluntary donation to the charity.
As well as after school clubs, the voluntary donations enable us to fund ALL student participation in our rich programme of careers, university outreach and other areas of support.
Our suggested monthly donation is £35 but any other amount is gratefully received. We recognise that not all parents are able to donate, but if you can, please do. The easiest way to donate is to set up a standing order with your bank. Standing order forms are available here. If you are a UK tax payer, please also complete the gift aid form.
